The Season in Balance

Hi there,

Well the season is all but over with this Saturday being the last day for all but, we hope, our Senior Men's Team.

The club has had an outstanding season.

Among the highlights

Sian Ruck- New Zealand A and Blaze Rep

Olivia Bupha-Intr- Wellington Blaze

Luke Woodcock- Wellington Firebird

Sam Outtrim and Tom Worthington- Wellington Under 19

Sarah Sim- cameo appearance for Blaze and Wellington Development Women's Team

2C Men- winners of their grade with 1 playing day still to go

Super 8 Women- joint top of table with this Saturday to go

Senior 3 Men- still with an outside chance of winning their grade but a lot of work to do

Senior Men- leading the points table in Hazlett Trophy with 1 Saturday and then possibly a final to go

Past Player's Day- an outstanding success last Saturday with the Clubrooms full to the rafters

Club Subs- an outstanding effort from you all in paying your subs- a big thank you

Nets Redevelopment- new nets are about to be built on the top field where the old caretakers house was- these will be ready for the new season

Clubrooms Makeover- an outstanding effort from Dave to upgrade the Honours Board weekly, photos of past glory on display and memorabilia spread throughout the Clubrooms.

Well that's about it from the Boundary Rider for now- a full wrap of the season will be provided after this weekend- look forward to seeing you all on Saturday evening

Good Luck!

gear

Subs- those few who have not paid please make arrangements to do so promptly- there are only 15 individuals who have not paid all of their sub and one team who owes half the team sub. An outstanding effort and we want this cleaned up before Xmas so please (you know who you are) make the necessary arrangements.

Congratulations to the following teams - Senior Men, 2C and Super 8 Women as all players in these teams have paid their subs. A big thank you!!!

For the rest of you the first cut off date has now passed and subs have risen to $210 for waged persons and $170 for unwaged or students.
Come on there's not many of you left- let's get it done and dusted so we don't have to harp on about it.
