• Smash Play for boys and girls ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​aged 5 or 6 years old on 1/11/2026 AND in Year 0 or Year 1 at school.

​​​​​​​The emphasis of the Junior section is to nurture the young cricketer by coaching and providing the opportunity to play, no matter their age or ability.

Girls can choose to play in the Girls only teams and/or in the mixed Junior teams.

​​​​​​​About Us - Established in 1886 Johnsonville Cricket Club is one of the oldest cricket clubs in the Wellington region. We have a four lane practice net facility and use of an indoor three lane facility. Our clubrooms are in Waiora, a stunning new shared sports facility on the top field at Alex Moore Park. 

​​​​​​​Our Aim - To offer a fun cricketing experience for all ages and skills.
